بصراحة انا ما عندي كلام يوفي حق الكورس هذا ومجهود الدكتور محمد العاملين معه في هذا الكورس الا انه في اخر المحاضرات فعلا زي ما قلت يا دكتور محمد هوه mindset تغير مفهومي جدا تغيرت طريقة تفكيري بالعمل تغير اسلوبي انا دخلت مرتين مقابلات شخصية على وظيفة اخصائي تحسين الجودة لاكن للأسف ما كنت جاهز لاكن الان اتذكر اسالتهم في المقابلة واقول لنفسي لو دخل الكورس قبل المقابلات الشخصية كان الوضع بيختلف جدا تعليقي الوحيد على الكورس نبي اضافة اكثر على حكاية السيناريو نبي مثلة اكثر من التطبيق الحقيقي بالعمل خصوصا للناس اللي مثلي انا بعدي ما دخلت المجال كممارس للجودة ووظيفتي الحالية خارج ادارة الجودة لاكن الكورس فعلا افادني انا جالس اطبق الجودة في شغلي حتى لو ما كنت اخصائي جودة شكرا جزيلا لكل العاملين على هذا الكورس واتمنى انه تكون المحاضرات المسجلة مفتوحة دائمة ليكون مرجع لنا ومذاكرة مستمرة منه لتطبيقه على الواقع

It was a great workshop where we learned how to apply the FOCUS PDCA methodology step by step as a team through examples of real improvement projects. We also learned how to create different charts and quality tools such as the FLOWCHART, FISHBONE, and GANT CHART, and how to create an improvement plan and measure results. strongly recommend it.
